What is tracked, and where

The app records which moments you opened and finished, and where you stopped inside one. It is saved on your device.

A small copy is also kept on our server. Nothing in the app reads it back yet, so it does not move your progress between devices.

Without an account, it is tied only to an anonymous guest code in a cookie. Never to your name or email.

Your account

Enrolling is optional. It makes your progress work on any device. There is no password.

You give us an email address. We send a one-time six-digit code through our email provider, Resend, and ask what to call you.

You can change your name, sign out, or delete your account and everything tied to it, at any time. Email us and we do it.

If you choose to donate

Donating is optional. The donate button opens Givebutter, a separate payment platform.

Givebutter handles your payment details. We never see or store your card number.

Weekly and one-on-one

Sessions happen over Zoom. Booking runs through Calendly, who receive the details you enter there. Ask for the link by email instead and we use your address only to send it.

Sessions are not recorded unless we tell you in advance.

A few small entries

A few cookies and on-device entries remember your guest code or session, your display name, and preferences.

None is used for advertising. No third-party tracking or analytics cookies.

Four plain promises.

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not run ads or ad tracking.
• We do not share your information for marketing.
• We do not send marketing or newsletters.

The one exception: information we are legally required to disclose, for example by a valid court order.

When the app changes, we update this page and the date on the first card.

The Academy is for adults. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, email us and we delete it.
